enjoy the variety.
I kept hearing buzz about Hygge online but I hadn’t seen anyone explain it. While it sounded like a promo for blankets and hot cocoa, it’s a way to live a life that is social, warm, relaxed, and positive. A short introduction that may cause you to take a more deep dive into the subject.

Kudos to author!
The great thing about hygge is that it is something that you can enjoy all year long. It is a feeling of being grateful and just happy for what you have in life, being able to spend time with the ones you love, and being able to find an escape from the world no matter what is going on.

Kudos to author!
I listened this book with some scepticism – perhaps another fad that will prove easy to listen and impossible to master. The reality is that what the author experiences on her exploration of the concept is both touching and informative. I enjoyed it, much to my surprise.
