What a Journey. Wow!!

I really enjoyed Hunting Discomfort. This is a book that challenged me to step out and do the uncomfortable things. One of my favorite audiobooks that I have enjoyed going back to, my highlighter notes.

The audiobook we all need in a time of change

If you had not had the Sterling Hawkins experience, you are in for a treat with this audiobook. Over the last 3 years, I have seen his keynote, read his hardcover book, and recently took this audiobook on one of my business trips. All three experiences are very unique and are a testament to the production value and dedication Sterling puts into every product he puts out there.

What I love about the audiobook is that Sterling makes it a very authentic experience, as if you are having a conversation with a friend or mentor. His insights are simple, yet thought-provoking. He brings insights from his personal life and surrounds it with thoughtful research to make the point sticky.

I am excited to see the impact "Hunting Discomfort" has on listeners and the stories that will come from the individuals internalizing what the book asks of all us, to grow No Matter What.

Cliche and shallow

Very little substance to this book. Essentially takes the idea of “get out of your comfort zone” and stretches it into a book. Author’s writing and the audience the verbiage is directed at appears disconnected.
