Informative, instructive and interesting!

It's curious how much connection it takes for the rider and the horse to perform well and become basically partners. As I can see, this is an essential thing. These exhibitions, racing, and training must be very nice to see in person! The conditioning to maintain the horse healthy, being fed correctly with discipline. The book gives a nice view of the sport. Whether you're starting or an experienced rider, I believe there is much knowledge and experience from the Author. I liked learning more about it!

All you need to know and succeed in barrel racing!

This was a great intro training guide to the brand-new sport of barrel racing. I needed everything that was covered in this book, from building a barrel horse and the training programme needed. It explains the world of rodeo eventing and everything about the cloverleaf patterns around preset barrels to how to go up the ranks in competitions. This was a great way to absorb all aspects of this exciting sport to be able to train properly from here and be armed with the knowledge to succeed.

This audiobook is full of tips and tricks for training barrel horses. It provided training drills that were very effective once we practiced regularly. The narration was also very effective for the topic.

Fantastic audiobook. Great overview, guidance and insights into barrel racing and barrel horse training. The book covers everything you need to know, whether you are starting racing or training, or even if you are just observing as a spectator. I had no idea about all these immense details that go into barrel racing. Highly recommend!

Very Informative

I listened to this book with a friend of mine who is very into rodeo and horses. They were thinking of barrel racing so we gave a listen together, and wow, this book covers everything you need to know. All the prep and training, getting through injuries and other tips. Leg strength is super important in this sport so be prepared to put in work on improving that! This was a great book for anyone interested in this sport!

Excellent resource for young horse riders

This author is extremely knowledgeable on all topics related to horses.! This book on barrel racing was both, insightful and extremely informative! What an excellent book that seems to cover everything related to barrel racing. My Granddaughters in TX are just beginning to ride horses with hopes of competing in Houston Rodeo and we listened to this book together as a family!
