I liked it

I’m a hard reader to please and this one pleased me. I enjoyed the plot and the sex scenes were HOT!

Book 2 Flop

So here I was looking forward to getting the series complete when I discovered that the second book was a shadow of book one. Literally and figuratively. The storyline seemed rushed and full of holes, you could fill it with water and get a better show. The language grated my nerves, use of Bible scriptures had me thinking the author hates God and the boring sex scenes took way more effort to skip through. I felt like those scenes would have sustained my interest by extending the plots between the mother and sons, Alexius and Leandra, Nicoli and Mira...and where does Caelian keep disappearing to?. As far as Isias he was just left to himself again. Ugh! I hate to spend more money following the series but I want to know what happens next.
The narrators are okay at best. Angry male and temperamental damaged female. Almost didn't finish the audio, read a good portion of the book in another app.

WOW! This Series is very well written!! It’s full of feelings, mysteries, twists and turns. Character arcs are one the best I’ve ever read!! Believe me, you don’t want to miss this story!!!!!
