Chef’s Kiss

Bellissimo . Bellissimo. Bellissimo. The story held intrigue , venom and bite ! The characters formed perfectly in my mind’s eye .

The performance was breathtaking. Charlotte Claremont always delivers. She has a way of bringing any and everything to life and so does Michael Pierce .

Good but…….

I thought the storyline was OK but the male narrator sounded Scottish not Italian it was hard for me to listen to his accent when the storyline was in Italy .

Mean

I liked this but was disappointed at how little the characters got to know each other. I also thought Saint was over the top mean. I hope the next book shows a softer side of Saint and the characters grow together.
Over all I was intrigued.

Saint is different from other Alpha males

This is the first book I read by Bella J and it will not be the last. Most of the time I can guess the ending within the first few chapters, however this book takes you on a roller coaster ride all the way to the end of the trilogy.

Can't get past the acsent in this one. it's bad and makes the book hard to understand at times. I gave up!

OH LORD.. HE’S SOOOO DELICIOUSLY BAD 🤭😉😋🤫

I knew I shouldn’t start this Trilogy until all three books were released but, having tasted Bella J’s other books, I’m a weak willed woman and I just couldn’t stop myself from delving right into this deliciously dark delight. But I’m cursing my decision right now because the CLIFFHANGER is brutal and the sudden withdrawal of this toxic relationship is hard for me to come down from.

His name is Saint but he is a black-hearted Devil.. he is raw, dark, wicked seduction with cold, dead eyes and he oozes power and liquid domination which radiates off him clouding the air his captive Mila breathes. He killed and caused devastation in his wake holding all the cards in a game she didn’t yet know how to play. But Mila has inner strength honed from being an orphan and passed from home to abusive home then surviving the streets. When Mila’s ambushed their eyes clash and meet in hate-filled fiery gazes.. and Saint is relishing the hunt while Mila is dreading her only option.. marry him.

She will need to be strong and courageous to survive the challenges ahead.. survive and walk away after her kidnapping, her relocation to Italy, his secrets, his seductive taunts and his devastating revelations. Their hunger is primal, intense and raw and, when he’s not verbally taunting, sparring and being abusive, he likes to tie, likes to punish and likes to dominate. Anger, rage, fight, wicked sensual temptation and venom flows through both their bloodstreams as the captive pawn sheds precious tears and valiantly defies with every toxic encounter. However, it only intrigues and lures the monster in more as he threatens to break, dominate and dish out dark consequences.. but who will break first?

Worth a credit? Yes I loved.. loved.. loved every intense, suspenseful well-written dark chapter.. every sensual sizzling paragraph.. and every bitter broken word. And the dual POV back and forth was expertly brought to life by Michael and Charlotte’s stellar narration.

Uncomfortable Desires

I struggled a little because Saint was so mean and Milana was so excepting, but not all the time. I love a good story and this book got very good at the end. Now I'm running over to book 2 to see what's going on.

The Rise of Saint

This book turned out better than I expected…The story between Mila & Saint was just getting interesting and then came the cliffhanger, ugh! On to book 2 “The Fall of Sin” how long before we see that available Audible? Is this book worth a credit sure that’s if you like cliffhangers.

ANOTHER WOW STORY

Very well written. I'm looking for book 2. When??? I should have waited too. I didn't. Alas, the story is so good. I love the villain. He's so juicy. This is going to be another great trilogy for sure. Can't wait. Highly recommend.

This is my first foray into the world of Bella J and I will be back for more.

Overall, I really enjoyed the three book saga. The first two books, ‘Alexius’ and ‘His Wife’, flowed well. However, the third book, ‘Unraveled’, got too angsty with Alexius and Leandra’s relationship issues. Sorry, Bella, but the first part of book 3 read to me as if ‘a dead horse was being beaten’. Once A and L finally broke thru their issues, the story really picked up and was QUITE delicious from that point. This is my first foray into the world of Bella J and I will be back for more. I do quite enjoy a bit of erotica mixed into an actual story and, in my opinion, you balanced it quite well - bringing in their sexual relationship at appropriate intervals.
The narrators were good, but not my favorites.
