Wow, this book is good for a sales person and how to increase sales and sills to close (what really is the important part). I like how easy the author explain everything and how to manage all the situations using different techniques. Also, I like the stories on this book. One chapter interesting is the tone and trust. This book is different. Narrator is the same author that’s the reason you feel it when you listen it.
