I’m so glad I listened to this book it was just the motivation, inspiration and information that I needed to get myself back on the right track. Awesome book for anyone that has been involved in a narcissistic relationship.
The lesson that I learned is “I’m in love with a narcissist but I have to love myself more and stay away from them.

I appreciate this book and the tools given throughout. All situations and scenarios won't fit into what you're going through but it is very interesting to listen to other narcissistic behavior to potentially watch out for. Using the tips given in this book for how I can navigate staying with a narcissist has already improved my relationship. The work is never done, but I enjoyed this book and will continue to educate myself.
