All of Dick Sutphen's tapes are superb, and this one is no exception. I read his little book about the same subject many years ago, and this is a good replication of it.

If your looking to get real with yourself this will give you the resource to do it. Sometimes a good review of who you are and why is all you need

hey there If I need to say on thing about how I feel about that book is mix's fillings!! not sure how in my mind i may find so many words of wisdom knowledge "really" that may just make sense in away That can be seen as brainwashes as an abyss so "out of content" so miss grasp it seems will saying that I feel compel to say that I know very little about "zen Buddhism" but from my correct knowledge \ believe in Buddhism and the .... is seems in many of time to be self serving on pepper in the meaning and in the letter .that's my opinion and that is all that is and while that may I have very little doubt about the writer best in attention and diverse techniques used he applied here all the best

That's all, all else seem like cheap self help scam.
