Very Enlighting Book

This book was a real eye opening. Schuyler has a very honest and open presentation that i found brought out things I had not thought about, I found the chapter on Toxic Masculinity (18) to be especially important to me in all the ways I was not doing enough to help break the toxic mold. It will help me greatly in my own journey. I will reread this book many times as a reminder of things that are so important to remember.

An amazing book that everyone should read

This book put so many things together for me. I have a transgender kid, who is the first transgender person that I know I met. She is so amazing. She has taught my wife and I so much about ourselves. Hearing so many personal stories from Schuyler in his voice was excellent. One of my favorite things about this book is how it covers intersectionality and its impact on people. As a cisgender heterosexual white man, there were many things that I needed to learn.
