Not impressed

The MMC and the FMC would be in the middle of a highly stressful situation and all of a sudden be thinking naughty thoughts. After several chapters of that discordance, I cut to the last chapter just to see if the ending was any good. It was okay.

Won’t be listening to this ever again.

Action wit a hint of romance

Good story from a new to me author that I will be keeping my eye on! Glad this is the first of a series, just bought the 2nd book, Personal Target on Audible. Can't wait to start.

Loved story!

This is my first book by this author. I’ve already purchased the remaining 2 books in the series hoping they will be as good as the first. My only complaint is the performer’s voice. When I first started listening I felt like I might not be able to handle his voice for an entire book, but after a few chapters I adjusted to the voice. Myself being a native Texan, I’m somewhat sensitive how performers portray a voice from the south. I know I have a Texas twang, but don’t make me into a country girl who just fell off the turnip truck. In the performance of this book I do think the actor could tone down his accent.

The book was enjoyable. Lots of twists and turns. Narrator was good also. On to next one.
