This is such a great reminder to consider half time even at a young age like me ,34

Great guide to a better finish

Loved the book and the path it’s helped me develop. Using it in my life and giving it to friends for mapping out their journey

Legit

This book is a legit resource for people to read before they finish their first half and their productive life as they consider next steps. I would love to see Mr. Buford spend some time going through cases for people who don’t have ample resources as they enter the half time which I feel is likely more than 50%

Incredible book. So relevant for someone in the 40's and beyond. Excited to read and experience the other books in the series. Wow.

This is a great book that everyone should read, with a clear and concise message on how to achieve significance on your later years and how you can prepare for the second half of your life way in advance.

Over simplistic

I guess I should have paid closer attention to the other reviews on this site. The book gave me two things that could have been included in a pamphlet: 1) Put one thing in the "box"; and 2) List your past competencies and passions. The author claims that he put a J in the box instead of a $. Life decisions are not this black and white. As a Christian, I am guessing that Bob Buford already had a J in his box... Just because you operate a profitable business does not mean that you are so single-minded as to only focus on money. Jesus has and always will be part of my life. I am trying to decide where to apply my experience, and expertise after a long life of working hard in a career. This book did not help me with that decision.

at 48 years old I now see my second half plan. this book is for anyone who is wondering what do I do with tomorrow

Really to cease now and anticipate the best is yet to come. Create 'the box' and own the contents.
