This is a very potent dive into the problems that occur in the mothering relationship and, most importantly, how to resolve them. I will listen to this multiple times.

Now what’s my excuse?

This book help you to see all the players on the field and what their responsibility for and what role each played. This book equips you to know how to make peace yourself with yourself first and then your mother so you begin to appreciate who she is today and stop longing for the mother she wasn’t on yesterday.

Amazing how much our mothers mold who we become!

This was very interesting to me and helped me to better understand why I handle different aspects of my life the way I do. I still don't know if I will try to reestablish a relationship with my mother, if I can even make contact with her. Whether I do or not this has helped to understand how to go about changing parts of myself for the better.
