Dr. Sean O'Mara is a leading expert in health and performance optimization, uniquely blending his background in law enforcement, emergency medicine, and innovation in preventive healthcare. Very informative and interesting approach on food. It made me realize how toxic American foods are. Building a consistent and good foundation on diet, exercise, fasting will benefit a long healthy outcome. No more procrastination now is the time!

Love Sean O’Mara and his book, but should have checked for AI narration. I’ve never had this experience with previous audiobooks so I didn’t know it was something to look out for. I love Dr. Sean’s enthusiasm and love to hear his interviews in podcasts. None of his enthusiasm could be replicated with an AI generated voice.

Unless you are willing to pay for multiple MRI’s and follow a very strict paleo diet that consists of ONLY red meat, bites of fermented veg, kefir, and raw / fermented cheese (extremely impractical), since he says without the diet the rest is a moot point, there is nothing of use / value in this book. Had I known this ahead, that it’s basically a preach to paleo, I wouldn’t have purchased it. Very misleading and a complete waste of time! Audio also dips from soft to loud so very difficult to listen to effectively without adjusting volume every few seconds and that got extremely annoying! Why publish something without a sound quality check?!

Don’t waste your money on the Audible version of this book. NONE of the graphics or images referenced throughout the book are included. Did the author not know how to include them? Did they go cheap and choose not to include them? Don’t know, don’t care.
It’s also unfortunate that the author went cheap when hiring a reader. Mispronunciation and incorrect inflections often obscure the meaning, making what is pretty basic information available from many sources, gibberish.
Now, if you happen to be interested in a long commercial ad encouraging you to fork over $$$ to sign up for Dr. Mara’s program, this is the book for you.
