So many plot twists

I highly recommend reading the series in order since it helps understand recollections made throughout by the characters. Although this book did jostle back and forth to the past, the transiting were necessary and it provided a unique opportunity to tie up loose ends.

Had me fooled

What a great read! I was not able to figure out who the killer was. Really like books that keep me guessing.

I love all of his books and this one did not disappoint. Great story that always had me excited for the next chapter.

Each book leaves me asking for more

I am so pleased to have found this author and series. His stories are so well laid out. I try but never really see the plot fully until he wants me to. The performer is perfect - he could maybe do a better Serena but even that is debatable. You’ll love this book.

Great story, good characters

Kept me interested to keep listening to the characters to guess what the truth was. Never guessed correctly.

If I trusted reviews I might have passed by this series. Thankfully I’m a leader not a follower and I trust my own instincts and judgement. With that being said’ I love the Johnathan Strides series. I also love the way Joe Barrette performs each character and the voice he uses for the main character. Ok on to the next can’t wait

I always enjoy Brian Freemans books. I was hooked & listened a lot. I liked he revealed Strides relationship with his wife. I feel like I know these characters.

Best Stride book yet!

This is by far the best Stride novel yet!! Essentially two books in one!!! Can’t imagine how wonderful the next one will be. This is a hard act to follow!!!
