I loved this audio book about forgiveness. It touched on things I could relate to. I am a teacher seeking techniques to have students learn to treat each other with respect and not harbor resentment. This audiobook was way too deep for my original purpose, yet I listened to it again and again.

Not really groundbreaking.
If you've been molested by your father, this book will probably be a home run. If not, it's just an ok listen. At least it's just an hour.
No groundbreaking information. No research studies. No adverse health statistics. Just anecdotal evidence, which isn't bad, but it's just what it is.
It's really just a, "If we can do it, so can you!", book.
