Overall, this book mainly features weak writing and plot, but not a bad "day at the beach" time killer.

Loved the characters and the storyline. This will prove to be a great series. The chemistry between Alabama and Reed is wonderful! I look forward to the next one!

The story was good. The narrator was not. I struggled through this book because of that.

Nice, fun, cozy mystery with a lot of interesting characters. Not a lot on the work of doing, but lots about the ghosts and the murder that Alabama happened upon and the scare tactics used on her. All in all, a light, relaxing read that I was fortunate to get as Whispersync on the cheap. The narrator did really well, but I'm one of those who needs to hear it at a faster speed.

Enjoyable. My first time listening to this series by Rose Pressey but definitely will being looking for more of her books in the future.
