“Step away from that crow if you value your life.”

Not a threat, but a promise. I will happily tear them to ribbons if they dare get in my way.

Prisons come in many forms. This one is made of feathers and devastation.

Surviving the battle was only the first test. Now, Ayna must break free from the gods’ latest punishment while the enemy regroups, striking where it hurts most. But steel and magic won’t be enough this time. To stand a chance, she must forge risky alliances and rise stronger than before—because the fate of two kingdoms rests on her shoulders.

Something dark is stirring in Tavras, and not even divine favor may be enough to stop it.

A high-stakes, heart-racing ride, Flight of Fate is the electrifying fourth book in the Wings of Ink series—perfect for fans of Quicksilver, From Blood and Ash, and A Court of Thorns and Rose.

Im 3 hours away from the end if book 4. I can't keep going. The love story was rushed, the world building confusing, and the story line is played out, and I feel like we are on repeat at this point when it comes to battle scenes. Then making a situation so far fetched against the rest of the book to make the plot work in a specif direction is cringy AF. I really wanted to like this series. I like the characters, and the whole girls girl theme. I just cant get over how long these beings have lived yet they are completely stupid. They have known the Villain for as long as they have been alive as friends, yet they have absolutely zero clue how to deal with him. The Villain is the smartest, fastest, most well prepared in the entire series out of all the kinddoms. He is paired with humans, and some fire fairy, against other fae, and crow shifters, yet he is all powerful. Extremely irritated. An let's not forget the spicy scenes are not even salty ok. Worse than a 1 night stand, outside in a blizzard in an alley. Yes! I do know personally how bad that is. Dont judge, we only live once. Also the narration was great. I just cannot force myself to finish.

drawn all the way out!

This will be my last book of this series. I just can’t take all of the weaknesses. The heroine is supposed to be powerful but she loses almost every battle or comes out of it by the skin of her teeth. She’s always being out witted and betrayed. It’s just irritating.

Never ending LOSING BATTLES!

Okay, I rarely review books on here. I am 3 hours from the end of this book, and I'm just not sure if I'm going to be able to finish it or read the next (and hopefully last) book. I have been rooting for these characters, and I have been fully invested in the main romantic couple, but oh my God, can we stop tearing them apart for the sake of drama? The main couple's relationship shouldn't be continuously subject to turmoil to drive the plot of the book. It is enough that they are being betrayed and prepping for war and facing insurmountable odds, you don't have to break the couple apart for the majority of every single book for it to be interesting. Can we give them a break? Explore their relationship and stop making them miscommunicate, or not communicate at all, or give each other up, or whatever else. I can deal with that for a book or two and the author establishes their relationship, but every book for 4 books straight of being torn apart, having trauma stop them from communicating, having them dance around each other due to whatever bs has been done to them for the sake of forcing the plot to have as much drama as possible is really killing me. And let them win an effing battle every once in a while.

Why is the relationship drama soooooo forced?

I’ve already comitted to the series but good god is the female lead character insufferable. She continues to react on impulse and gets herself in one sticky situation after another . Looking forward to the 5th and hopefully final book just ready to see this series end .

I’m hooked I guess
