Everything you need to do to Nail your Farm
The narrator sounded a little flat, but the content more than made up for it! I will listen to this more than once to get all the amazing info into my notes. Practical, full of detail but not overwhelming, and straightforward. I moved to a new state and am in the process of rebooting my RE career. Meredith Fogle covered everything from determining where to farm, the time table it takes to really get traction, the truth about the finances of it, and how to build out your farm for the long haul. LOVE this resource!
