enjoyable listen

I'm not very religious, but still found this book to be very enjoyable. The author was really able to bring the bible story to life. Very good narration.

Every Christian or even non-believer should listen to hear the truth about deception, hear it for yourself, this book is a must!!

The bible stories are brought to life!!!!

The biblical stories of the bible have suddenly been brought to life. I love Lynn Austin's lively retelling of the scriptures. In her adaptation, the characters that we have known suddenly become real to us.... Facing adversity, sorrow, pain and love... we are taken on a wonderful journey into the lives of these characters. I highly recommend these series that bring the stories of the bible that we love to life. The narrator, Suzanne Toren, does an excellent job of narrating these stories.

I have so enjoyed these books - gets me searching scriptures and helps in learning about all the Old Testament kings

Lynn Austen captures the essence of truth in scripture. She adroitly points out error and its consequences, while pointing out the battle that the faithful must wage.
