Too much sex! Good narration.

The narrator is awesome! But I didn’t finish the book because it was one sex scene after another. I don’t mind skipping one or two, but I don’t want to listen to pornography! Disgusting filth! Won’t be reading anymore from this author.

Not bad

I liked the connection between Trenton and Arianna, but they fell in love a bit too quickly. The narration ruined the story for me. I just didn’t like the tone of her voice. The story was ok but predictable. It was a stretch that someone would drown where only their clothes are found. I’m skipping the next book.

problematic

This 'love' story is problematic from the start, the relationship is based on anger, revenge and dishonesty on his side, and loyalty, ignorance fear and love on hers. The brooding jealous husband is mostly only nice to her while he is in her bed, the rest of the time he is often cold, distance, jealous, angry and violent, emotionally abusive. The sex is consensual and steamy but without mutual love and respect.

A very good story

I enjoyed the story very much and would have liked it even more if the narrator had been better. She seemed to laugh at inappropriate times and when portraying an angry man it was beyond her.

Misty review

The story was good but I didn't care for the narrator. I was having a difficult time staying with the storyline because the characters voices were not unique enough to tell who was who.

The story line was good. Betrayal, vengeance, lies, rumors, manipulation and greed determine the past that has haunted Trenton.
Trenton marries the youngest sister of his nemesis. The past returns to haunt him and his new wife.
The story concludes with the truth revealing itself at the end.
The ending lacked resolution of clearing Trenton's name.
Narrator's voices were ok.
Overall, it was a bit slow, but flowed nonetheless. Not one of my ultimate favorites, but an easy listen.

Misty Angle - you can not help but love her!

This is my second book by the author and i have to say she is really a great writer. I loved this story, the compassionate and loving Heroine, the wounded yet strong hero, the supporting characters .. I look forward to part 2 ..

Don’t know why some reviews are negative because I loved this story , maybe they don’t like sweet romances.

Glad I found this!

A beautifully well crafted story. Karma with a happy ending. I love it! The hot factor was high but definitely added to the story. Loved the mystery, even though I guessed it from the beginning.
