Resumen del Editor

There is one priceless asset that no one can retrieve once it is lost - time. Every person has the same hours in the day ...so how come some people knock out their to-do lists - while others can barely get through a few tasks? For many, the bare-bones excuse is procrastination.

Laziness sneaks up on many of us in the form of daydreaming, avoiding a task, or just goofing off instead of getting to work. Think of how much more you could accomplish if you could tame this unproductive habit. These hypnosis sessions are meant to help you do just that.

  • Stop procrastinating instantly
  • Be more productive
  • Get more accomplished each day
  • Feel more motivated
  • Find inspiration easily

The audiobook includes two short yet effective hypnosis sessions that will help you stop wasting your time, get motivated right now and live your life the way it was meant to be lived. Supercharge your motivation - and get inspired to live your life fully and productively.

Things to consider before selection

For one thing, only about the first 10 minutes of it is the actual meditation. The rest of the more than one hour is simply music. And somewhat annoying bad music at that to me. But that’s a matter of taste.
Secondly, it isn’t good to use to fall asleep to (which is why I originally purchased it) because at the end of the 10 minutes he specifically wakes you up and brings you to full alertness.
Thirdly, for me it’s spoken too fast to be very effective as a meditation and to implement the relaxation strategies, but this improved when I slowed it down to 0.8 speed. It’s spoken much more quickly than any other guided meditation I’ve listened to.

I may return it but first I will play it multiple times during daytimes when I can come to full alertness, and assess how effective it is. I have something I’ve been but procrastinating on I’m trying to address, so it’s if it’s pretty effective I’ll keep it, although if I knew all the points above I probably would not have purchased it.
