If the company keeps her in the position, they will be making history. There has been no ethnic principal in the Mariinsky Theater’s 150 years of operation.

But is Russia ready for their first black prima ballerina? And what dark, threatening things come with the position?

Really liked this one

This story was cute; lots of funny stuff that made me laugh out loud; yet serious subject matters with killing and mayhem. Misha and Ava are a great couple with codependent personalities. Misha wasn’t as intense as his cousin Kazmir; and I like Ava’s personality better than the mouse. Not as braggingly threatening. Hope to listen to another great book!

Female Voice performancer.....

really loved this installation of the series. I really enjoyed Misha and Ava, and I loved the Maxwell scenes. My only complaint is with the female voice actress. I don't know what was going on with her breathing but it was really distracting. maybe they had her use new equipment or she was trying a new technique, but it was really annoying. It sounded like she was gasping at times it was really weird. the male voice actor didn't have this issue. he was really great. I've listened to her in the other series and she didn't do all that. I hope this was a one time thing

Sounds Quality is Poor

It needs to be remastered. There's an echo in the recording. But other than that... It's a damn good book. Misha is Lamont Sanford level dumb. But he's ingratiating.

The humor and the performances in the book was awesome. I can totally see this being a movie. Loved it!!! Thank you for writing this.
