Let me just say Dawn got on my last nerve like lady u know what he is about either you are with it or your not but the back and forth n round n round got tiresome… also did not think 3 books were need started losing interest in the third book of Victor

The beginning, cute. The middle exciting. The end, climatic. Loved every part! I had to listen again. Had me locked in.

I'm so sad

I am a Theodora Taylor fan. I have thoroughly enjoyed every book I've read or listened to. However, this is the first time I've not liked the FMC. I read this trilogy a few years back. I was on the fence about Dawn. The narrator for this one made me dislike her. I found her interpretation of Dawn to be a bit whiny, immature, and even condescending. She sounded like she thought the entire story was a waste of her time. This was extremely difficult to listen to, and I rarely have that experience. This is a difficult review to leave because I don't like to critique something that I can't do. I offer this on hopes that all performers will take the audience experience to heart.

I love a book that tells a great story that includes some steamy parts. I was rooting for them.
