Believably living characters

Excellent story with believable characters. Well developed magic. A sense of good and evil as more than black and white.

Wonderful series of wizards and battles.

Loved the many stories. Sometimes hard to follow through flipping between characters stories and even eras. People reborn and wizards with other mystical characters. Plenty of adventures. Thought it was quite the epic tale.
