Too many narration distractions and Rapaport??

I thought the book was pretty good until about the time there was a break and we were encouraged to leave a review. Things kind of went downhill after that. There was a lot of background talking and laughing which was really distracting but the worst part was when the narrator kept using the word ‘Rapaport’ in place of rapport. I mean, he didn’t pronounce it correctly even once, but rather, repeatedly, over and over during the whole chapter, used a made up word, ‘Rapaport’. It’s difficult to stay engaged and focus on the content when the narrator is repeatedly using a made up word and has distracting background noises.
