Incredible Book.
I was hopeless with my life until I listen this audiobook. I am surprised to see that the author has gathered so much data in this short book. I did a complete read and found those important instructions about avoiding anxiety and stress. I followed those instructions. They are very easy to follow. Deep Sleep Meditation
When I am tired is very easy for me to fall asleep again. However, I suffer from insomnia, so waking up late at night and falling back to sleep has always been a challenge for me. This meditation has been probably the only one from many I have tried that has helped me to fall back to sleep and waking up feeling rested. I highly recommend it!
