Fast Paced Fun Read

A fast paced and entertaining read. Overall, 4.5 stars but I rounded up because I like Colt and this series. Plus, the narration was excellent. I liked that the book was set in two locations, Ukraine and DC. The Ukraine action was more interesting and more fast paced to me than the political maneuverings in DC. I'm not a huge fan of Punky mainly because I don't always understand her reasonings and actions.

Of all four books, I think this book stretched the envelope more than the other three. Maybe a few too many situations where the actions were too either too auspicious or incongruous. It's not that the story was convoluted but something felt a forced about tying everything up neatly. My recommendation is to definitely read the previous books in this series to fully understand the characters and situations mentioned in this story. It's been a while since I read the first two books and was glad that the author refreshed my memory of the different connections.

If you like the other books in this series, then I recommend reading this one.

AWESOME all the way around

Totally recommend this novel! As a military thriller fanatic this series hits all the boxes. I hope this isn't the last one. Performance is amazing and the story has all the twist and turns as the previous books. I'll say it again, I completely recommend!

This hasn’t become one of my favorite series. It just keeps getting better and better, and Ray Porter makes it great! Can’t wait for the next book.

A fantastic realistic story.

This absolutely is probably one of the best books I’ve listened to in years. I have listened to all of the books in this series and this was just an extraordinarily well done conclusion and I hope they make a movie out of this book because it will be fantastic. Great great great job. !!!

good plot

I love Ray Porter, he is my very favorite narrator!! He never disappoints! Actually ever book in this series, in my opinion should get 5 stars in all 3 categories!

Stupid ending

Was a good book got very sanctimonious at the end and the epilogue was unnecessary

More action

This is my favorite of the books. I love that there more action. The plot fits the current international situation.

Many exciting story arcs weaved together by Stewart, and excellent narration from Ray the GOAT.

This one really wraps up a lot of questions, providing some closure while remaining a solid story. Probably my favorite of the series.
