Loved the sassy attitude of the main protagonist.

Book 1 was good, book 2 was okay, book 3 was the best of the 3.

I loved the physical and mental action! The peace that was finally achieved with Jane and her father, really touched home.

The book ended, I’m not ready to let the characters go. I would love to have a follow up of the characters.

first of all, don't hesitate, grab the the trilogy now. I've been a big fan of the first two books for a long time and dying for the third book. and now we have it. and it was worth it.

Eva kaminsky does a fantastic job bringing Jane Harper to life. delivering the story in a way that keeps you wanting to listen to more.

the first two books deliver a solid early Jeremy Robinson experience that you don't want to mess.

for the third book, the first 2/3 lines up perfectly with the first two books. absolutely loved it. the final third is definitely modern Jeremy Robinson. which isn't a bad thing! but it was a little jarring.

i will say, i wish the "host" was different. I felt like it was a missed opportunity because the whole buildup I thought "maybe it's something even worse?" that is all I will say. it still worked and I'm still very happy with it.


the only complaint I have is the poop joke scene. you'll recognize it when you get to it. it helps add some light-heartedness, but it really takes away from the scene. but that is the only complaint I have.


overall a fantastic trilogy. well worth the wait. and maybe, just maybe, we'll see Jane Harper again. if you love Jeremy Robinson, it's a no-brainer, you need to pick this book up right now.

AMAZING

Absolutely loved this trilogy. Jane is awesome!! Hoping she comes back in more books. I definitely stayed up way too late many nights because I couldn’t stop listening. Loved the ending too!

Finally!

Really happy JR was able to finish the Jane Harper trilogy. This is a must listen for all JR/horror fans! Only downside, I’m going to miss the snarky voice and inner monologue of Jane. Truly a memorable character!

Excellent series

Was a little hesitate because I was used to certain narrators, but glad I held on. Excellent story, great science fiction plot and direction. Hated that the book had to end. Will continue to indulge in this authors novels.

Better as it went

I enjoyed this series. You can tell the third book was written after a delay as I found Jane’s voice more mature and frankly better and funnier. Yes there were gross bits but it was clever and funny as well. Love this author and his characters.

Never knew I would be interested in Whales.

Jeremy gave me an interesting subject, whales, and wove a thrilling story of the future devastation of our world and the great task of building it back. How whales could become involved in this was quite a surprise. Good ones, wickedly huge destroyers and helpful giants. An intriguing journey through a catastrophic time.
