This is the first of Trisha Wolfe's talent that I've experienced and it left me reeling. She doesn't just stroke the darkest part of humanity, she shakes it awake! I felt torn that I could embrace London and Grayson while telling myself I shouldn't. I'm now a total fangirl. Kate Genevieve and Joe Arden brought life to these characters. I could see the story as they pulled me in.

Dark and suspensful

I loved this book more than the first one this one was so full of twists and secrets. You never truly know what is happening. Grayson and London are quite the par. Will they truly be able to be together. *I love how everything was such a mind twist. You just have to keep going as you are captivated and pulled into the twisted mind warp of Grayson and London's love. Who is the dominate one in the relationship. Who is pulling the strings, who is the copycat. So many things happening at once. Then your once again given a twist that makes your heart ache. What you think is happening may not be the truth. Wow this book just blew my mind away. I could not get enough. Then this ending just wrapped everything up but left you still thinking. I love a good mind twist and this book was definitely that. Fast paced well written with characters that fascinated you from the start. A book you can't put down. This book was fast paced and was so intriguing right from the start. When Dr. London Noble was such an interesting character that you start wondering what a way what she was up too with her evaluation of all the serial killers and what she was getting out of it. Grayson's character fascinated me from the beginning. He seemed to have so much insight into Dr. Noble that manipulation was easy for him. But who truly was manipulating who. This story was a mind twist that keeps you guessing on who pulling the strings and what was going to happen next. I could not wait to jump into the next book.

Outstanding

This book was so dark and the 2 main characters were just spellbounding. It was unclear who was the true villain up until the very end. Well worth the credits and more!

Loved it.

Honestly this was such a good book. I was expecting the typical romance story that is rehashed over and over again. Right from the beginning it GRIPPED me. Like a hybrid of Jigsaw, Joker and Harley Quinn, Dexter, Hannibal with real psychological disorders. Not just the way people who aren’t experts in the field think psychosis is supposed to be but real dynamic and changing psychology. The effects of trauma on a developing brain. OMG. I cannot recommend this book enough. It was just so unexpectedly amazing.

DAARK, SICK, TWISTED Psychological thriller indeed

Yeah, this was soooo twisted! Even for me… it read as true crime other than dark romance… so it was interesting in that aspect…

So in a nutshell, it’s about a criminal psychologist falling for one of her patients, a serial killer.

The story had sooooo many twists and turns and at some point you didn’t know what side was up or down and heart palpitations…it will definitely take you for a ride.

It felt like getting a glimpse into a sick, intelligent mind. How one could get that way and how crazy life is, how parents can affect and change the trajectory of a kid’s life.

If you like crime stories, suspense and psychological thrillers this one is for you…Dual POV narration made it more interesting.

I absolutely loved this story! The traps, the intelligence, the long game.... amazing! I'm obsessed!

One of the Best Psychological Thriller and Dark Romance

I usually am not a fan of romances and only read psychological thrillers, but this converted me to the dark romance genre. Trisha Wolfe is fantastic. It has all the elements of romance and thriller tropes without being predictible with cliche and corniness. It's raw, unpredictable, and sexy. The performances are brilliant aswell. Definitely worth the ride!

I loved this book. I had a couple of wtf moments. Great storyline. narration was great.
