this is a great read. I highly recommend this book for those looking to better themselves.

Not my style of literature, but great principles!

I like nonfiction and true stories. I get bored with fiction, but I listen to this in order to gain the valuable advice that offers, and it was worth it. Now if I can just figure out how to get the PDFs that were supposed to come with my purchase!

Highly applicable!

I think this is as helpful for aspiring leaders as well as the leaders that are coaching the younger leaders. It gives them a framework to identify gaps and know that they can be comfortable asking for help.

This is va great illustration of how to personally execute situational leadership. If you're new to situational leadership this gives you examples and more insight into how the authors intended for it to be executed.
