4th time im listening

this is the 4th time im listening to this series and I wish desperately for it to be completed and all put on audio. figured since I've listened and read it so many times I should leave a review which I never do. but this book.... this series is definitely worth your credit, your time, your laughs, and your tears. I know this isn't grammatically correct but quickly done I just felt compelled to share with u all how much I loooove this series.

Loved this book!

This is going into my favorites list of books, which is a big deal , considering I read 2-4 books per week. I love this genre, it's my favorite (apocalypse type) I'm always looking out for a good apocalyptic book involving angels but there aren't that many good ones out there that I've found. The best in my opinion previous to reading Court of Nightfall was the Angelfall series.
However after reading Court of Nightfall it definitely gives Angelfall a run for the money! It's all in all great! Awesome story, great character building, edited well and will suck you in at the very beginning. The narrator also does a fantastic job. It's one of those books you just don't wanna put down, but at the same time don't want to finish because your so content staying in its wonderful world of imagination! BUT anyway I did finish it, so I'm off for book two right now!

Good

I usually don't read young adult and was upset at first that amazon did not clarify or have just a young adult romance section because I hate skimming through those to find a decent adult romance, however, I was not disappointed even though there was no "romance" the story was intriguing but I don't understand why it was in romance section since there was no romance just more of a paranormal fiction

I very much enjoyed this supernatural dystopia. The narrator does well with voices and accents.

Where does Court of Nightfall rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Its a book that I will re listen to over and over, non spoil alert.. the sequel is worth listening to after.

What did you like best about this story?

It had a great beginning, it gave the story the plot in a way that it wasn't short or long and the author did not drag on. It starts out she is 9 and than later the real action begins when shes 18.

Listened obsessively. Yes!!!

Not only is it narrated by Emily Woo Zeller, who is fabulous... But the story is great! I started listening, knowing nothing. So fun. Pleasantly surprised by so many turns in the story. Fresh and not cookie cutter. A big YES for this one!

Good, but ...

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I'd recommend it but I'm afraid we'll not get anymore in the series because the authors changed the primary character in book 3 forcing a different narrator, different voice, etc. Bad form in my opinion.

this was a great story, i can't wait to listen to the next one!!!

Spectacular!

The story is gripping and sophisticated and really relevant. Also the narrator really brought Scarlett to life. It was like going to a theater. Anyone who liked Divergent or even Lord of the Rings would love this book!

loved it but

sometimes the voices changed who they were supposed to be and it didn't make sense. but it was overall good. it's another post apocalyptic novel.
