Hold on!

The Mad Mick doing what he does best, taking care of business and then having a corned beef sandwich before the gunpowder clears the air. Mr. Horton brings to attention that even warriors can benefit from some trustful mental health assistance. Mr. Pierce's performance is spot on as always.

Awesome as usual

Awesome read as usual by an obviously talented writer. Some may go as far as to call him a scholar and a gentlemen. I’m sure he wears an ascot while writing such masterpieces I especially like his taste in character choice. He obviously has a keen eye for talent.

Warriors

I loved this book as much as I did the rest. I would definitely miss Conner McGuire and the other characters if this is the end. It’s been a great series and Kevin Pierce does a wonderful job narrating it. All Franklin Horton’s book are definitely worth reading.

we're chewing gum and kicking butt and we're all out of gum.

Conor McGuire, AKA Mad Mick, and his crew come to seek retribution and vanquish their Homeland from the evil Huns. The full ensemble of cast and crew come to to chaw down on the newest threat. Mr Horton jumps right into the action and uses turns of phrase such as, "... they're bloody tomahawks were more blood-stained than a elderly phlebotomist lab coat." It had me laughing out loud, grinning and cheering. Epic.

Finally a little payback

Nothing like getting your you know what together and coordinating some payback on those who started it all.
