series going strong.

more of the same events of the previous books but letting time pass faster becuase wars take a long time. I mean that in a good way. many authors get afraid of letting time pass, but it advances the plot nicely. ending so good i may have to see if book 6 is out on kindle.

Just as action packed as the series has been!

I'll admit I had my worries about the continuation as things took a turn to the political bent but I was it was for nothing. Great listen and I can't wait for the next one.

Great end to an arc

It is a lot of fun seeing how John is playing a bigger role in the USA’s liberation. He is really becoming a force to be reckoned with and the conflict is always engaging. I can't give enough praise to Nick Podehl. One of the best narrators out there!

gahhh why can't the next book be out yet!!!

this was a bit slower than the rest but still amazing and got me so pumped for the next book!!

Finally he's not a total raging jerk.

It has been a long time in waiting but our MC is no longer a raging jerk that just goes around yelling at people, being a total shut in, and killing things. The end of this book though has me super excited for the continuation of this book series.

what just happened!

very well done. I found myself Imagining the very details of the fight scenes day-to-day lives and relating to inner thoughts of the main character.
of course the next book wasn't out when I finish this book so I picked up one of your other series just to find out you're not done with it either!!! frustrated as I might be I understand that quality is more important than quantity.
from your new fan and I will continue to be patient. well done

uh going to be biting my nails waiting for the next audiobook. seriously this book was awesome but I cant even imagine how good the next one is going to be let alone book 7 and so on. please be released earlier than expected!

In this book, John and company deal with various issues caused by the system apocalypse as they work to unite human and alien allies to drive back evil, both alien and human. John is able to advance in skills and knowledge as he becomes a critical asset in freeing the oppressed. Also, he and Lana continue their relationship. This one is a little more sweeping in scope that earlier books as armies are led in battle and summarizes more than earlier books.
