easy listening

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

This book is easy to listen. No meat. Sometimes you just need a break from the hard stuff, this one works well for that.

What other book might you compare Charms and Chocolate Chips to and why?

I enjoy the holiday titles that are a collaboration between Mary Higgins Clark and her daughter Carol Higgins Clark, they have mystery, humor and a small bit of romance. Perfect combination. This series is very similar to those.

Any additional comments?

I will go back and listen to the rest of the titles in this series. I started here with #3 and I don't feel like I missed anything important by not starting with the first.

Still enjoying this series

Bailey Cates has a wonderful way of keeping me guessing wrong about who did it. Something most authors fail to do. As always, Amy Rubinate does a wonderful job of bringing the characters to life with their own voices. I highly recommend this book and entire series. I also suggest you start with the first in the series, Briwnies and Broomsticks.

Good read

This has been a good series so far. Casual but keeps your interest. On to book 4

the narrator who was boring, she had no excitement in her voice falsely representing the heorine.
