useful, practical guide to corporate change

I've been leading change formally and informally for 26 years. Much of what's in this guide I learned the hard way, but I love the simplicity of her advice, the humor in the telling and how she clearly calls out the pitfalls that are too common to change. Well done!

Excellent examples and tools to implement and sustain change management efforts

This book provided clear examples, useful tools, clear process, supplemental workbook, definitions and an emphasis on sustainability of the application of change management. It's relevant and goes beyond just implementation continuing to transfer of ownership for long-term sustainability. Excellent book.
