Two weeks ago, I finalized a divorce from a man who spent five years deceiving me. Now, I'm embracing a new chapter and another chance at the life I want.
To celebrate being single, I decide to take a spontaneous trip with my sister to Capri, Italy.
No itinerary. No plans. Only a promise to see where Capri takes us.
Little did I know it would be on a yacht with a handsome stranger.
Jones Archer is thirteen years older and dangerously charming.
He’s also a man who knows what he wants and has his sights set on me.
We agree to one week of uninterrupted pleasure. No personal exchanges. No talk about the future.
Just us.
But there’s one thing I’m worried about—feelings. I’m not wired to ignore them. Especially when Jones makes me second guess everything I thought I knew about love.
(Capri is a standalone summertime romance with an HEA).

I really enjoyed the narration! Sebastian York can do no wrong in my book and he played the broody MMC to perfection. Stefanie Kay is also extremely talented and managed the dual-style narration so well. She handled both sister’s vastly different personalities with ease.
Great narration!

What I’m Starry-Eyed Over:
🤩 These gorgeous book covers—how could I not want the Meadows sister in my life?!
🤩 The dual narration is gorgeous, and Capri & Jones are cast and performed so well by Stefanie Kay & Sebastian York!!
🤩 Oh, what a sad, mad, emotional beginning to this story. It’s written so well. The dementia storyline is also very well written.
🤩 That meet-cute! That instant and never ceasing chemistry!
🤩 The yacht. The hot tub. The piña colada at the picnic table by the sea. 🥵🌶️🔥
🤩 How they naturally take care of each other.
🤩 The meet-again storyline totally worked on me.
🤩 Steamy goodness after the drama & time apart—thank you!
What I’m Wishing/Dizzy About:
💫 I just got done reading another trip to Italy, so my senses wanted to experience Italy a bit more.
💫 Ugh, I don’t to hear about all the messin’ around. I want to experience it, especially when you tease me about the office desk.
💫 I was really worried about the hurt with only 10-12% left of the book, but the author executed it all so well—I’m healed and in love.
💫 Thanks to The Author Agency for the gifted eARC of Collie, but I can’t seem to make myself read it knowing the audiobook is coming soon. I’ve got issues, I know.
An Italian vacation fling with so much chemistry!

Jones is a polite guy, but he has a very dirty mouth in the bedroom room. I really liked the storyline with his mother. Capri is very damaged from what happened to the point where she had trouble making big decisions, which makes perfect sense when someone went through was Capri went to. I loved that she was the one who groveled, and the characters were mature enough to work things out without unnecessary drama. The chemistry and romance between Capri and Jones was fantastic. The plot was entertaining.
Indy Valentine is a new author, and Capri was her third book. It was well paced, the characters were developed well, and she was able to capture the settings with words that made it possible for me to see in my mind’s eye. I look forward to reading more from her. The audiobook was fantastic, and Sebastian York and Stefanie Kay’s narrations were on point! They captured the emotions and spice well.
Captain Jones!
