love the story but not the narrator

loved the books, have read and re-read them. I was so excited to see this narration available but was disappointed in the narrator's portrayal of Harper. Harper is played out as so whiny and valley high-esque when Harper in the book is supposed to be a non chalant bad a$$. so disappointed.

Great story; poor narration

Suzanne Wright does it again with a fantastic story full of humor, suspense, and steam. The only drawback is that the narrator is overly dramatic, which makes the characters sound whiny.

Great story and narration; weird pronunciation

Great story, great narration, but some bad pronunciation that irritated me. Not enough to prevent enjoyment, but enough to irk.

Knox Thorn is toooooooo die for!!!!

I love this story, Knox is awesome; the love story is even better. Cat Doucette as a narrator is wonderful!!

Quite enjoyable!!

This book was quite enjoyable. The story was interesting and the narrator gave characters individual personalities, looking for to the next book in the series.

Edge of my seat

this book kept me on the edge of my seat...and the narrator was exceptional...I finished in 2 days....and that's only because I had to work...I honest don't have anything negative to say...the build up of characters and plot were all on point. ....loved it! !!!

Terrible narrator

I have read this series multiple times and love it but the narrator....Oh my, the narrator for this series is awful. She makes Harper sound whiney and childish. I cannot even begin to explain how bad every other character is voiced. It is a tragedy for this narrator to be selected to represent such an awesome series. I can only hope that the author is able to get these recorded again with another narrator so I can listen to the books without cringing in horror.

I think the speaker could have done better with the different characters voices. they all sounded the same to me, I couldn't tell who said what.

It's a shame ☹️

This book could rate a 10 if there was a different narrator . I actually can't stand Harpers voice and how it's read . What's sad is I could listen to this series over and over if not for that. It makes it hard for me to like Harper . Maybe one day it can be redone by someone else. Harper always seems to have a bad attitude, smart mouth and arrogant . It totally takes away from this story .

Other then that it's a good series and if you can get by the voice you should really enjoy it.
