I enjoyed this

This was a good story, easy to follow with great visual descriptions. I listened while I was doing my end-of-year house cleaning and it was perfect. suspense, romance, violence. It covered everything you want in a book and it was long so I didn't have to think about finding something else.

I knew who did it from the start

It didn't completely ruin the story for me because the narration was great but it held very few surprises. works for me when I'm busy with other stuff and am a bit distracted... missing things isn't really an issue.

Excellent

Great work. This book kept my attention at the Dame for time the plot was ever changing, never guessing who the villain was. Was the main character the victim or the villain?

Tough Love

This is a tough story with chilling horrors and hard won love. A good thriller that nots for the faint of heart.

Good but angsty at the end

3.25 Stars for me.

HIPAA doesn't seem to matter in this story but I did enjoy the story. The last 30% went full boar on repetitive Angst which drove me insane but skipping forward about a minute each time got me to the next 15-30 seconds of story.

Dark pasts…

A young teen is missing and professional security and tracking guru, Easton, is called in to help with search and rescue. Easton locates the traumatized girl and the local psychologist, Mia, is called in to speak with her and build a profile. Easton is drawn to Mia…he recognizes her broken soul and vows to protect her…especially when one of her patients goes missing then discovered attacked. Mia’s dark past seems to have followed her to the small town of Skull Hollow, can Easton really keep her safe or will he betray her as others have?

Great!!

Loved it, can't wait for the next one. The narrators were easy to listen to.

I really loved this story. It was free on my kindle app. I love when I find one that’s free and so great to listen to!

Struggled with therapist character

As a therapist, I struggled with the ethical breaks and counter transference issues in this story. I like the second book better. Also, the violence in this book is a little unsettling whereas the violence in the second book is easier to digest.

Mystery, Suspense, and Romance

This book has all the necessary elements of a great read. The author has done a masterful job of creating a story that is very hard to put down. The ending was a complete surprise which earned the book five stars!
