A dark romantic, sexy and action-packed virgin beauty and Russian gangster beast. Great Story and narration. I can't wait to listen to the next book in this series, Sold by the Siren.

Loved it!

Here we have a delightful story reminiscent of a dark version of Beauty and the Beast. The characters have great depth, and very soon into the story, we learn of the personal burdens they each carry. There were times when my respect for Daisy waned, but she earned it all back at the end when she showed her true strength. Although very predictable, this is an enjoyable story that keeps the listener entertained throughout. The pacing and storyline never went stagnant, and it is for this reason, the book seemed to go as quickly as it did. The talented narrators made the listener feel the inner turmoil, love, and passion through their storytelling, which was vividly believable and, at times, beautiful. The intimate scenes were intense and almost made me blush. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a dark romance that has an actual plot. Bravo to the author and the narrators - excellent job!

Dmitri the beast!

I loved this Mafia Romance. It had enough steam, mafia moments and action. I love how even someone is imperfect in looks can be seen for what they are inside. Dmitri's love and worship for Daisy was super sweet. I would definitely recommend.

Great Read

Couldnt get enough of it, wish it didnt end!
The plot and romance was great. I was listening to it every free time I got.

The characters are so complex and credible. Refreshing. I'm sick of the heroine being so confused and barely knows what a hard on is, and the hero is being so angry and growling "mine" all the time. This book is just *chefs kiss*

Beauty and the Beast with the Mafia

The story was good, it was a lot like the Beauty and Beast with some stream. A dark story with so much action, very enjoyable. Loved the narration both did a fantastic job.

Nice twist on a classic.

This story was a nice twist on Beauty and the Beast. but there were some cringy parts. Things happened way too fast. I think working for the mod you'd have better security. But the story was sweet and I love when a woman's innocence is completely dumb but just innocent. It's the innocence that looks past the bad and ugly to see the good. That is what this story was. I liked the voice of Dmitri and the female voice as soft and innocent to sale the story. enjoyable enough. Kept me intrigued from the start.
