Fantastic!!

Words can't express how much I loved this one in audio! Piper Scott and Virginia Kelly are two of my favorite authors and did a lovely job with this one, the second in the Forbidden Desires series. Michael Ferraiuolo is a master narrator and is the perfect choice for this series!

humor with heart

This series gets more intriguing and addicting with each book. Harry was a sweet wildcard and really cracked the rough exterior Everard had right to his heart. Minor miracles do happen!!! I laughed, I sighed, I waited in anticipation and anxiety. Each character becomes more endearing as the story progressed. The narrator did a fantastic job bringing the characters and story to life.

Listen for the nicknames alone!

This was such a fun listen, Harry saw something he shouldn’t have seen, so he has to be dealt with. In comes Everard to deal with the situation. He is all set to crisp the little beta but………..things veer off course a bit. (A lot actually) there are nicknames, so many questions , An iguana who likes to dress up, a voice in Harry’s head that tells him the strangest things and a dragon who would do anything for his lamb chop.

Narrators only thing that made this story!!!!!

This was a cute, but forgettable beach read! Would have not finished or if did skim it for sure if not for audiobook version!! Was very amateur writing style—-way too cheesy & cliques! Felt no connection with either of the main characters sadly!!!! The story flowed nicely due in large part to the talented narrators bringing this story some much needed perspective! Granted I am a sucker for a British accent!!!! Definitely can sense the connection to each other loved that, but not as a reader like they still felt 2D—why should I care/invest in them or their journey!!!! It was hallmark-y sappy at times & predictable! Won’t be reading/listening to the sequel of this one!!!!

Baby dragons!

I so adore this entire series! Dragons and mates and baby dragons all over the place. Harry is absolutely adorkable and his chatter made me lol or snort coffee more than once. Everard is so proper and Harry shakes that up in a wonderful way. And Michael is definitely one if the best audiobook narrators out there hands down.

Brilliant

This was a beautifully done audiobook. This series is brilliant overall. But the narrator hear does a fantastic job in getting the nuances of the characters, particularly Harry and Rverard.

The nicknames

This man was called every good that could be dreamed up. LMAO 🤣 🤣 🤣.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Fantastic, Amazing, Wonderful! Honestly, I can't say enough about the Forbidden Desires series! I first read this series in eBook, and the first two books back to back at that! I was hooked, I knew I needed more Meggs, stat! So when these came out in audio, I grabbed the first (Clutch) before it even Whyspersynced. I was lucky enough to listen to Clutch and roll right into this one, Bond and there was no way I could wait for Mate! Anyways! So if you've read or listened to Clutch, I know you’ve been dying to listen to Bond. I’m here to assure you, it’s everything you hoped it would be and more!! More eggs (but, what, how?), more dragons, and more sexy times. It’s funny, it’s charming and the witty dialogue will keep you on the edge of your seat! I know you already loved Harry, but if you didn’t think you liked Everard in Clutch, you’re going to love him now. I just love all the delicious pet names that Everard comes up with for Harry, and hearing Michael Ferraiuolo narrate those is just swoony! This series is so amazing, and in audio its downright delicious! I couldn't recommend Bond, the series, and especially these wonderful narrations more! Happy listening!

WHAT A TREAT!

I'm in love with Harry!!!! He is so adorkable. His inquisitive nature and obsession with all things reptilian makes for a great contrast to Everard's dragon. These two together are perfection. Harry blossoms under the affection and attention that Ev showers on him. The pet names alone are priceless.
Michael Ferraiuolo does a wonderful job of bringing them to life.
There is so much humor, snark, love and heat in this book that I couldn't put it down once I began it. I love this universe created by Piper Scott and Virginia Kelly. I can't wait for the next addition to this series!

Harry and Ev are Funny and So Sweet Together!!!

Surprising - very well done - Michael Ferraiuolo is an amazing narrator bringing Dragon Everhart and his accidental Beta/Omega to life and you'll laugh, you'll be intrigued from page 1. At first I thought Everhart was kind of a putz, but it was obvious, he was used to being the old grump in the family and secretly started changing inside from Day 1 of getting to know Harry. Harry is goofy, quirky and talks way too much - but is so endearing - got into this smart, witty series - Piper and Virginia really do an amazing job with this series and as a voracious reader, listener, I have absolutely loved this book and Clutch - absolutely riveting and entertaining and endearing from beginning to end - each one and I'm begging Piper and Virginia to Get us the Next Book, with Nate's Brother Matthias Boudreaux MATE narrated by Michael as well! He does spectacularly with so many different voices - and emotion. I absolutely love how he brings these characters and the humor to life. Thanks for a different romantic series that has alot of heart and fun!
