a very exciting busy keep you on the edge of your seat kind of story that keeps you paying attention! I loved it!! Great job!!

An adrenaline rush of a story

Received as an audio copy from the narrator to review, this is an honest review. Driven by the phenomenal, award winning, raw and poignant performance by Wesley Scott, Black Raven becomes this perfect action adventure thrill ride playing out inside your head. Max Ryker either America's greatest and deadliest enemy responsible for the terrifying bombing of a federal building in Chicago or he's the perfect scapegoat for a clandestine organization hell bent on their destructive agenda that will reshape the country to serve their needs. The one thing that's certain for Max... his life is complicated, labyrinthine lie he never wanted but as forced to piece together like a jigsaw puzzle with so many pieces missing. Like it or not, Max turns into the country's unlikely hero hunted by both the FBI and The Division determined to silence him in and epic race against the clock as Max works to stop a threat that could turn New York's Time Square New Year's eve party into a horror show.

loved the multiple layers in the character and plot development. The narrator pulled of a classic in voice usage

Narriator Made it Tough to Listen

The 1950s-style radio narration was distracting, with overly dramatic emphasis and excitement. The author should have had a better fact checker - for example when the jet landed and applied the reverse thrusters he was thrown back into the seat - well maybe if he was sitting with his back to the front of the plane. Little things bugged me about the story but do not want to be a spoiler. Maybe it was just not for me. I do not know why it got such a high rating.
