A must read for anxiety suffers.

As I am healing my own inner child and health anxiety, I feel like I was lead to Dennis on YouTube, and consequently, to reading this book. His experiences are relatable to any anxiety suffer. In his book he will guide you to your own new beginnings.

Overcoming sensitization

For years I have been impacted/ changed by Dennis’ work and words. He showed me healing was possible and became a pivotal part in my personal journey.

Here we are 2 years later, leaps and bounds from where I started. One thing i absolutely love about D & his philosophy for healing anxiety is his fundamentals understanding of anxiety and the functional tools he offers to overcoming it. I own a good majority of his works & thanks to him my need for them have lessened. I feel honored to have encountered him and can personally promise he knows first hand what you are going through and this book + his others a full of compassionate valuable knowledge.

all makes sense as you advance reading, Dennis is good in every subject he touches

Not worth it to me

I've watched Dennis' youtube videos and listened to his podcast, but this book didn't give me any useful information at all. I got to chapter 5 and quit. I retained zero information due to not hearing anything worth remembering or internalizing. I want to return this book but Audible won't let me. I hate that I've wasted a credit on a book that didn't help me.
