Main character Grimm IS the Real deal. So excited to find Gatward who can bring the characters to life and Aubrey Parson who gives each a voice. Unexpectedly enjoyable?

This is the second Grimm book I've listened to. Better than the first. Becoming fond of Harry and how he manages his team as well as himself. Will definitely be listening to the rest of this series.

At first I didn’t like the narrater but little way into the first book I LOVE him. He has so many voices. Each book is better than the last one.

Just found Harry Grimm...love the grit and softnes

The voice and humanity of Harry as he blends into another world is a variety of thoughtful engagement in the world of people and their differences. Humor could save us from our darker sides. Humor is courageous choice in light of the strife going on daily. I love this series because people learn from their experiences and begin to bond through supporting each other while solving crimes. I could go on but best to simply say...read or listen to this series...it.s delightful.

I laughed out loud a few times. Harry Grim has an unusual personality.

I enjoyed the book and getting to know the Dales and the team working with Harry. Looking forward to the next book in the series. The narrator was excellent with his gruff voice that could turn into a young woman quite well. I thought he was perfect for the book.

Larger than life characters

I wasn’t that thrilled with the first in series, but was compelled enough to read the next and see what developed. I am now a fan. These characters are rich, well thought out and very funny in their banter with each other as they respond to the crimes they are solving. I’m hoping the crime story lines improve a bit in subsequent books, however, but being the Dales and not London, we’ll have to see. This plot was ok but pretty predictable. That said, I had so much fun reading the conversations they all had with each other that I am definitely in for the long haul and eager to read more. Bring em on!
