Good Listen

I felt about the same as I did reading book 1. Great storyline and characters, but I got a mixed vibe.
Although the Romeros are Mafia, they are more on the softer side at heart.
I felt that Winter would have been more traumatized, but maybe she has a Harley Quinn personality ...
The love story is sweet, and the characters had personalities, but still not my favorite from the authors.
I did still enjoy the read, just not a book I would reread.

Ugh Another amazing story! The "Twisters" have done it again! I love this story of Nicholi and Winter. I hope they continue this series!

The character crossover from book one is great. From the onset bringing in the characters was very fitting and some the sisters do well in their writing.
I can see a new series forming and this is a refreshing new plot.
Highly recommend as always

I want to start this review off first by saying if you haven’t read /listened to Beautiful Carnage yet, I strongly suggest you do. While this can be read as a standalone, I feel it would be more enjoyable to read after the first book so you have a better understanding of Nicoli’s backstory

I love liked how this book picks up basically where book one ended, it just switches point of view (follows the exact same time line). And I really love how Rocco, Sloan, baby River, Enzo and Frankie are still a big part of the book.

‘I promise that your sunrise will always come, no matter how dark the night gets.’

Mafia romances always have me in a chokehold and this is no different. The plot twost was a jaw dropper as well.

Nailed it again. The book and performance!

The authors and narrators do it again…they nail it every. Single. Time. It’s intense, per usual with the sisters, but with a satisfying hea and an unpredictable plot. They always keep you on your toes and up half the night. Worth it though!
