Love this Series!!!

Wonderful character and story lines. Can't wait for more in this series. Author is becoming one of my favorite go to for a fun read.

Victor’s story is everything!

Wow! How could the second be better than the first? This book felt like I was watching a movie! Loved the slow burn and their whirlwind adventures across Asia. The spice was on quality over quantity. And now to wait for Axel’s story….

Great Character Development

Loved slow character development taking place in action packed chapters. The main character’s story would be interesting without the romance. The romantic tension and love scenes are great.

The storyline was great and constantly moving. It was so hard to stop listening. Fast moving, different scenarios and the characters really played off each other!

Not a bad story but bad writing

Not a bad story but bad writing. Some of the writing is too sappy and lacks creativity. Performance was good but couldn’t fix bad writing.

The female performance could benefit from acting lessons. I loved the male performance accent.

Loved this story and the narration was great

I love this author and her books. I had already read this story but was super excited when the audio came out. These narrators did such a great job with Viktor and Blaire. Kidnapped by Viktor because his friends are held hostage, Blaire must work with Viktor to hopefully bring her grandfather home. These two had so much chemistry from the start. Viktor has such a dark past and doesn’t want to give in to feelings for Blaire. Loved the world and character building for this story. You went on the ride with them. Five stars for me and a definite listen.

Male Narrator was Great

This book had me. All the intrigue, a little bit of sex, and a story. Just speed up the read to 1.2 and you will love it.

Viktor is amazing !

Absolutely LOVED Viktor, all the action, his point of view, finding out more about him and his past. Enjoyed it very much ! It literally felt like it was a movie!
Blare on the other hand… I did not enjoy very much. I was excited to hear there was a female character who is not a broke down damsel in distress, but she quickly got on my nerves. I secretly started wishing Viktor would slap her after asking WHY??? for the thousand time…. For someone whose family member life is in jeopardy she was acting like she was on vacation… shopping for clothing at the markets , packing and unpacking the backpack, requesting better hotels, wanting to sleep, requesting food… I don’t see how anyone could fall for her, especially a man like Viktor. Sorry Viktor, you deserved better… I was hoping this would be a book I’d listen to a few times, but I just can’t bring myself to hear Blare ask why one more time….
