Easily the best performance of any audiobook ever

First of all, the story is fantastic. I honestly don’t read many billionaire romances, but if it’s by Ana Huang, I will devour it! Add the fact that it’s enemies to lovers, YESSSSS!! Dante and Viv are such a power couple once they finally give in to the tension that built between them.

But let’s talk about these audio performances. Emily Woo Zeller is the PERFECT Vivian. She nailed every single emotion. And Jacob Morgan?! SIR!!!! ARE YOU REAL?!?! I’ve always been a huge fan of his voice, but when I first heard that he would be doing several different accents, I was like “I’m not going to like this. Accents in audiobooks never work.” Not only did I LOVE it…I honestly think this has taken the #1 spot on my favorite audiobooks list. I couldn’t have adored this one more!!!!

I didn’t want this book to end! The narrators did an amazing job as well!

Duet Audio Has Ruined Me Forever

Fun story and absolutely immaculate audio performances - I am utterly ruined forever, in the best way. The accents. *chefs kiss* I could listen to Jacob Morgan and Emily Woo Zeller read cereal boxes.

Not a dark romance

This was not a dark romance at all. The story was predictable. I did however like the males voice in the story. For some reason the female voice was off putting and not a compliment to the male voice. The way she said the last syllable of every word got annoying. Every word ended with an “uh”. Ex: Time-uh, household-uh, mother-uh, rage-uh. It was distracting.

The audio was really great I loved that even when it was male POV they used female voice for Female narration. The voices were perfect for the characters and I felt every emotion.

Performance was amaaaazing

The narrators absolutely took this story to the next level. I hope more audio books take this approach to reading books I’m the future. They captured the emotions of the characters and brought the story to life. Truly an enjoyable story and now I’m going to go hunt down another of the authors books.

I AM OBSESSED 🥰🥵

I read King of Wrath back when it released and had been dying to listen to the audiobook.

This did not disappoint. Jacob Morgan as Dante made me scream, giggle and feel all the feels 🥵🥵🥵 I love him and will be adding more of his narrations to my list. Wonderful.

Emily Woo Zeller was perfection ✨ she captured Vivian’s vibes beautifully. And both of them together was 🫣✨🥵 I loved hearing this story come to life.

Good story, great male narrator

The female narrator knocked this performance down a notch. She sounded like she was in pain the entire book.

Accent? No accent?

I want to love this book but I just can’t. The storyline was okay, nothing earth shattering. Worst of all though was Jacob Morgan. His there one minute, gone the next, Italian accent drove me crazy. It was so distracting. I finished this one but I don’t think I’ll carry on with the series.
