This is a bible for finding your purpose in life. I plan to listen to it a few more times as it is packed with valuable messages. You can feel the authenticity of the author as he pours his heart into this book. My heart broke for his younger version. Because of his struggles in childhood and young adult life we have this fantastic book- this book is the result of his mental health experiences put together with his neuroscience wisdom. It is packed full of advice for the times we are living in as unfortunately there are a lot of lost souls who are going through the motions without any heart. Get this book if you need help finding your true self.

Amazing book

This is an amazing book full of so much valuable information for anyone who wants to grow within or heal or break from self limiting believes. Having listened to the author himself made the book much more enjoyable and easy to connect to. I didn’t want the book to end. Would love to listen to more of his books
