It did not meet up to my expectations.
The narrator sounded bored with her own voice. It was not soothing to me. I couldn't go into trance nor could I use this for relaxation. The author should have gotten herself a good narrator with a soothing voice. I much prefer Glenn Harrold or Joel Thielke to this hypnotist. She just didn't do it for me. Unfortunately, I purchased 4 of her audios before I realized it.
