A through boom in as selection of 10 goddesses , I found it very helpful and quite through on how each Goddess can help one navigate through learning of one’s dark side .

So Good, You’ll want to take notes

I didn’t really know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the content of this audio book and found myself taking notes as I listened to each story. The emotions that came up as I heard various stories caused me to pause and journal out some of my thoughts and feelings because as the author was indicating, those are glimpses at our shadows and opportunities to become more aware of them so that integration can take place. I really enjoyed the altar suggestions rituals and guided meditations that accompanied each goddesses story. This is an audiobook that I will continue to go back to pick various sections to listen to because it feels super empowering and helps me address aspects of trauma in a way that feels peaceful.

Amazing and thorough

Loved how it told about several cultures and their dark goddesses, the rituals were very cool. Overall a really empowering book! Great for beginners

Very interesting introduction to shadow work

I did not know about shadow work and this book gave me an good introduction of it. It was very interesting to read about the myth of the goddesses and the correlation with difficult times in one life.
