Spirituality and Astral Projection - a great match

I have been researching astral projection for a long time, searching for methods to accomplish it and not having much luck. I have associated meditation with it but hadn't thought of taking it in a spiritual direction. This book provided some underpinning I find interesting and potentially useful, especially if it can help me attain the clarity of experience that the author has had - I think the focus on mentality will prove good to rejuvenate my practice. Through this practical guide of Astral travel, Gene emphasizes the foundation of what takes to truly astral travel. He highlights practicing meditation is one of the key factors to actually astral travel, along with several techniques to actually get out of the body. I love the fact that he focuses on the importance of soul development in our waking lives in order to achieve this goal. Gene is an excellent storyteller and you can feel his sincerity and passion through his words. One of the best books on how to astral travel that one should read over and over again to allow the words to assimilate in their heart and mind.

I liked the fact that the author admitted that without the personal experience, he wouldn't have believed any of this was real.
